Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or return.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges due to change of mind for hygiene reasons.
Damages and issues
We will replace items if they are damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If this happens, please send us an email at oakandiltd@gmail.com.
To start a return
To start a refund of exchange for damaged items, you can contact us at oakandiltd@gmail.com. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, we will issue a refund or an exchange will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
